Billing and Insurance

Anyone in need of care is welcome at any of our Health Centers, regardless of whether you are uninsured, underinsured or fully-insured. We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and debit cards.

Insurance

To serve you better, we accept all major insurances, including Medicaid, Medicare, BCBS of Alabama, Aetna, Cigna, Tricare, Humana, United Healthcare, AARP, ALL Kids, and others. All applicable co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service.

We understand that insurance can be confusing. If you do not see your program or insurance plan listed here, please contact us to confirm that we will accept your plan.

Financial Assistance

Patients that have no insurance or are underinsured may qualify for our financial assistance program- the Adjustable Payment Plan.
