Our Family Medicine providers offer comprehensive health and medical services from newborns to geriatric adults.

Family Medicine Services Include:

  • Complete Physical Exams for all ages
  • Preventative Medical Care for children and adults
  • Treatment of Acute Health Conditions such as Cough, Colds, Sprains, and Strains
  • Treatment of Chronic Health Conditions such as Hypertension, Diabetes, and Asthma
  • Hepatitis C Screenings
  • Diabetes Education Classes
  • Referrals to In-House Behavioral Health for Stress, Anxiety, and Depression
  • Referrals for Diagnostic Testing
  • Referrals for Specialty Care
