60% of employee’s covered monthly earnings to a maximum monthly benefit of $10,000 (no cost to employee). Effective 1st day following 180 days of employment. Voluntary short-time disability option available (various vendors available to choose from)
Retirement Profit Sharing Plan
Variable % per the Board of Directors (Annually). Based on financial performance of Company. Vesting schedule as follows: Year 1 0% vested; Year 2 20% vested; Year 3 40% vested; Year 5 80% vested and Year 6 100% vested.
Because our Health Centers are in a Health Provider Shortage Area, providers are eligible for NHSC federal loan repayment program offered to primary care, dental and mental healthcare providers.
