Huntsville Family Health Center is excited to announce that we are in the process of implementing Phreesia (Patient Intake Software). The Phreesia System will make your check-in process fast and convenient. We will implement Phreesia beginning June 1, 2022!
By using Phreesia, Patients will be able to:
- Schedule appointments online: self-schedule for various appointments directly from our website. Simply click on a schedule appointment button or visit our Appointments Page.
- Update information and make payments before an appointment: pay your copay and update your personal and insurance information prior to your appointment and from the convenience of your home.
- Check-in via mobile: we are giving you more check-in options. Once ready to check-in, you will be able to check-in via your mobile device, office kiosks, or at the front desk.
Here’s How it Works
Before your visit
A few days before your appointment, you will receive a text message or email from us. Click the link provided and follow the simple on-screen prompts. From here you can pay your copay, update your medical information, or give us important information prior to your appointment.
Arriving at the clinic
Upon arriving for your scheduled appointment, you will be able to check-in at the office using your own mobile device, office kiosk, or mobile tablet. Patients that do not want to check-in via a mobile device or the kiosks will continue to be able to check-in as customary at the front desk. When you arrive, simply let our front desk team know you’re here and we’ll be out to call you back for your appointment. Patients that do not have appointments will see the front desk.
