Rules and Conditions
You do not have to be a Central North Alabama Health Services, Inc. patient to participate in this giveaway. The gift cards are limited to one per person and are available while supplies last. To participate and receive a gift card, all you have to do is get a COVID-19 vaccine at a CNAHSI location near you.
This offer is made possible through a collaborative effort with DoorDash, Direct Relief, and the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC). The gift card is issued by DoorDash and its use must meet DoorDash terms and conditions.
