The updated COVID-19 and flu vaccines target the prevalent strains currently circulating in the community. The CDC recommends that most individuals, regardless of their vaccination history, receive at least one dose of the updated COVID vaccine, with the option for additional doses if needed. Vaccinations are available for individuals aged 6 months and older.
